Forces Courier provides reliable parcel pickup, delivery, and return services across Bangladesh. Our goal is to make every delivery fast, secure, and hassle-free.

2. Booking & Pickup

• Please provide accurate and complete parcel information when booking.
• We pick up parcels directly from your address within Dhaka.
• Pickup starts from the next working day.
• Forces Courier is not responsible for damage caused by wrong addresses or poor packaging.

3. Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: Delivery within 24 hours.
• Outside Dhaka: Delivery within 48 hours.
• Delivery time may vary during holidays, natural issues, or transport delays — but we always keep you updated.

4. COD (Cash on Delivery)

• COD available for all parcels, inside and outside Dhaka.
• 1% COD charge applies to all orders.
• Rates or policies may change with prior notice.

5. Return Policy

• No extra charge for returns inside Dhaka.
• Only one delivery charge applies per parcel.
• Returns are verified directly by our team — we only contact the merchant when necessary.

6. Payment Policy

• Payment is made the next working (banking) day after delivery.
• Payment is transferred to your bank or bKash account.
• Forces Courier is not responsible for delays due to incorrect account details.

7. Restricted Items

You may not send the following items:

• Illegal or dangerous goods
• Liquids, flammable, or perishable items
• Cash, gold, jewelry, or confidential documents

8. Liability

• Forces Courier is not responsible for damage or loss due to poor packaging or incorrect information.
• We ensure secure handling within our process, but cannot be held liable beyond our control.
