2. How fast is the delivery?

Inside Dhaka, we operate in Express Mode — Next-Day Delivery! ⚡
Outside Dhaka, about 60% of parcels are delivered the next day, and the rest usually reach within 2–3 days.

3. What are your delivery charges?

Dhaka City:

  • 0–0.20 kg = ৳47
  • 0.21–0.50 kg = ৳60
  • 0.51–1.0 kg = ৳70
  • Every additional 500g = +৳10

Sub-City:

  • 1st kg = ৳100
  • Each additional kg = +৳20

Outside Dhaka:

  • 1st kg = ৳120
  • Each additional kg = +৳20

COD Charge: 1% (applicable for all parcels outside Dhaka City)

We'll collect your parcels directly from your preferred address within Dhaka.
After pickup, deliveries start from the next working day — quick and hassle-free!

5. How are returns handled?

For parcels inside Dhaka, no extra return charge applies — only one delivery charge per parcel.
Our team verifies returns ourselves, contacting merchants only when necessary for a smooth experience.

6. What is your payment policy?

We ensure transparent and convenient payments.
You'll receive your payments the next day after delivery via your preferred method — bank or bKash. 💰

7. What is the COD charge policy?

A 1% COD charge applies to all parcels.
